Good People Go To Hell.
I am not sure why can't shake this urge. Today while in the shower I came up with an alternative to writing such a stark post on Facebook...my blog.
So Blog...
Good People Go To Hell.
Good, sweet as a peach, generous, loving, smiling people go to Hell. Men that open doors, women that volunteer at clothing banks, teenagers who make good grades....Hell is open to them as well. Even church goers go to Hell.
The more I learn about the Bible the more I believe that if you are not completely 100% souled out for Christ on a DAILY basis, then you are not saved. If you are not truely saved, then you will go to Hell.
I am thinking I have not been able to get this off my brain because of this...
I am so so sad for these good people...in my eyes they deserve Heaven. However the Bible says they are missing the admission ticket...salvation. I know a bunch of people that seem like they are Heaven bound...but I know better. I know you can't argue with biblical truth.
I am not a spiritual giant. (I had to ask my husband where the verse below is located in the Bible.) I just can not stop thinking about people who think Heaven is a sure thing.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
Matthew 7:21-23
I have a lot more spiritual truths that bug me. Truths that people are not aware of or ignore, but I will start will that fairly popular phrase "Good People Go To Hell." and maybe I can ignore all other urges to comment on other truths that can be mean, offensive, or harsh to say. I feel better now that I have posted this on the world wide web:)Here is a "cute kids" picture to lighten things up...
